Why both
Plenty of companies pick a lane and stay in it. We run a martial arts practice and a software practice under the same name because that is the work. People need training that changes what they can do. Operators need software that actually runs in the places they work — a browser, a desktop, a phone.
The overlap is not a metaphor we printed on a hoodie. Both practices fail in the same way: they look finished before they have been used. We would rather ship something that holds up.
