Martial arts training that you keep.

RIMA Systems teaches martial arts as a practice: group instruction and private lessons. The physical work is real. So is the demand that you show up on days when it would be easier not to.

What you are actually signing up for

Most people arrive with a picture of martial arts from films or from a gym class they left. Training here is simpler and harder than that picture. You learn how to move, how to stand, how to strike and fall and recover, and how to repeat the work until it is yours.

The point is not a costume or a weekend burst of motivation. The point is a practice you can still do in a year — a body that works, a mind that can hold a line.

Group instruction

Train with other people. The room keeps you honest. You see the work done well, and you do it yourself.

Private lessons

One-to-one when the work needs a tighter correction, a different pace, or a schedule that does not fit the group.

Begin where you are

You do not need prior training. You need to be willing to start, and to come back.

Times and place are set in conversation

This site does not publish a class calendar. If you want to train, write and say so — days you can actually keep, whether you prefer a group or a private lesson, and any constraint we should know about before the first session.

Software is the other half of the company. If you came for that, the software page is the right door.
